Circle R Motel Policies
One night or 50% of reservation total (whichever is greater) is charged at booking. Remaining balance is due at check in. A $100 refundable damage deposit is required for payments made using a debit card.
Bookings canceled within 72 hours of check in are not eligible for a refund.
Important Info:
- Check-in is 4pm-9pm and check-out is 10:30am.
- Office hours are 8am-11:30am, then 3:30pm-9:30pm.
- If you will be arriving after 9:30pm, please let us know and we can accommodate.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Dogs: $20 per pet per night. We allow up to 2 dogs. Dogs need to be crated if left unattended. You are responsible for keeping your dog quiet as not to disturb other guests.
- A $100 deposit is needed when booking with a debit card.
- Housekeeping: For one and two nights stay there is no housekeeping, however if you would like new towels and trash removed we would be glad to do this. Let us know at check-in.
- For the hot tub, please inquire for availability. Also, shower before entering-removing lotions and oils. Thank you!
- No children under 10 at all and no children under 14 without a parent.
- No splashing.
- Hot tub hours: 8:00 am – 9:30pm.
