Circle R Motel Policies
One night or 50% of reservation total (whichever is greater) is charged at booking. Remaining balance is due at check in. A $100 refundable damage deposit is required for payments made using a debit card.
Bookings canceled within 72 hours of check in are not eligible for a refund.
Important Info:
- Check-in is 4pm-9pm and check-out is 10:30am.
- Office hours are 8am-11:30am, then 3:30pm-9:30pm.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking or vaping inside a room may result in a $250 smoking fee and/or additional charges for cleaning, odor removal, or damaged items.
- Dogs: $20 per pet per night. We allow up to 2 dogs. Dogs need to be crated if left unattended. You are responsible for keeping your dog quiet as not to disturb other guests.
- A $100 deposit is needed when booking with a debit card.
- Housekeeping: For one and two nights stay there is no housekeeping, however if you would like new towels and trash removed we would be glad to do this. Let us know at check-in.
- For the hot tub, please inquire for availability. Also, shower before entering-removing lotions and oils. Thank you!
- No children under 10 at all and no children under 14 without a parent.
- No splashing.
- Hot tub hours: 8:00 am – 9:30pm.
- Guest Responsibility: The person making the reservation is responsible for the room and for the conduct of all guests, employees, coworkers, visitors, or other occupants under their reservation, even if the reservation holder is not staying in the room.
- If you will be arriving after 9:30pm, please let us know and we can accommodate.
- Damages & Missing Items: The reservation holder is responsible for the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement of any damaged or missing motel property.
- Excessive Cleaning: Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess, stains, odors, or other conditions requiring cleaning beyond normal housekeeping.
- Third-Party Bookings: If you book a room for employees, coworkers, family members, or other guests, you remain responsible for their compliance with these rules and any resulting charges.
